Shipping
Neptune Store will do everything in its power to ship orders as soon as possible. Place your order before 21:00 on business days, and we will ship the same day, provided that all products are in stock.

We ship via:

• PostNL
• DHL
• DPD

Every package will have its own track & trace code which means that your package can be traced easily.

Delivery times
Each product clearly states its delivery times, and the quantity in stock. If you ordered a product that we do not have in stock, we will contact you regarding the exact delivery time.

All products in stock will be shipped out the same day, provided you place your order prior to 21:00.

Returns
Did you change your mind? Or are you not completely satisfied with the product? Or do you just want to return the product? Please contact us, we will help you. After you received your order, you have 14 days to return the product to us, without providing a specific reason.

Return process
Please send us an e-mail to request a return number. Within 48 hours, you will receive the instructions for returning your product, including an 'RMA number'.

As soon as we received the product, we will send you (if required) a replacement or a refund. This will take 5 business days.
