Exchanges and Returns


Have you changed your mind? Or are you not completely satisfied with a product? Or do you simply want to return a product? Please contact us, and we will assist you further.

14-day Reflection Period

You have 14 days to reconsider. Do you want to return something within that period? Please contact us. We will ensure the proper handling of your return. In case of complaints, we can quickly advise you and always try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Return Procedure

Always request a return number via email. Within 48 hours, you will receive return instructions from us, including an 'RMA number'. This allows us to process your return shipment properly when it is delivered to us. The shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense. Make sure that your shipment is always well packed and properly stamped. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the products.

Do You Have a Complaint?

Please always contact us so that we can advise you as soon as possible on what to do and resolve your complaint together. If a return shipment of products is necessary due to a complaint or defect (after consultation), we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

Once We Have Received Your Return

We will arrange a replacement product within 5 working days (if desired), or we will refund the money to your account.

Shipping Costs Paid

If you change your mind and return your purchase to us, any shipping costs you paid (for the initial shipment) will only be refunded if you return the entire order within 14 days. If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
