This calibration fluid is used to calibrate the conductivity electrode for use in seawater. If you want to monitor the salinity of your water, you will need this 53ms fluid.
If you want to monitor the quality of your RO water, you will need the 447 mS fluid!

The fluid is accurate
however you should advise new customers to condition the probe in salt water for at least a week before attempting calibration
